Silent Sunday on Frequently Feline:Mean Kitty Fame

Purrhaps Cory has been to a few cat shows lately, and has been influenced by those show judges that s t r e t c h out cats to their full length when in the show ring. Since cats love to stretch, it follows that Sparta and Loki enjoy Cory's attention.

This little water drinker sure caught my eye. He was so compelling that he had to be our pet of the week. Of course he is my feline "nephew", Chester, who owns one of my dearest friends, Donna!

Don't you just love that happy expression on his little "puss" as he laps happily away at fresh, clean water?

I am a huge fan of The Mean Kitty Videos. Cory obviously adores his kitties since he is always uploading new videos about them, chronically their daily lives.

I always wondered how Sparta reacted when Loki was introduced to the household, and happily I found a video "diary" of the beginning of a very remarkable and close friendship.

Fabulous Friday on Frequently Feline: Meet Bonnie

I so enjoy "meeting" folks from Great Britain. I love the way they pamper and spoil their cats and show their strong affection toward their "moggies".

Fran, a cat lover par excellence, adopted Bonnie, who is around two years old. Bonnie was "passed from pillar to post" and was found through a local charity shop where the woman in charge wanted "rid of her". Poor Bonnie sat in a cutlery drawer, too frightened to move.

But that was eight months ago, and as you can see, she is coming into herself, full of confidence and trust. Her tail is gorgeous now. She loves to hang out on top of the fridge in Fran's kitchen, but of course has full run of the house. Bonnie also spends time in the garden, sunning herself, and enjoying other feline companionship.
